Warmup;

30 knees to elbows 

Then

10 squats

10 push-ups

10 squats

10 push-ups

10 squats

10 push-ups


Mobility: chest, child, pigeon


Strength: 100 Db or barbell chest presses

Every time you break 20 abmat sit-ups


*pick a challenging weight


Met Con: 5rds

1 min plank

20 Russian twists

20 second hollow hold

20 hip thrusts
